We strive to make every purchase a great experience. Here's how our refund policy works:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- Refunds are available for first-time purchases within 30 days of account creation.
- This applies to all Subscriptions and Products, regardless of whether you started with a trial or paid upfront.
Outside of this period, all purchases are non-refundable.
Defective Products
If your Smart Card or physical Product is defective, incorrect, or does not match the specifications you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@ovou.com with proof (photos or video).
- You may choose between a replacement or a refund.
- Claims made after 48 hours are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine misuse of this policy.
